How long do donations take to go through?
They can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. If it takes any longer, reach out to a staff member in our Discord Server!

Why do you need donations to keep running the server?
As we pay for custom hardware which runs 24/7 in order to host the server, the costs add up and can be quite expensive :)

Where do the donations go?
Aside from paying off the maintenance fee mentioned above, we also use donation fund to advertise our server, purchase plugins, hire developers and more!

How much does it cost to run the server?
The maintenance fee along costs around $300 per month, though our advertising costs are much higher!

Will there be any refunds?
Unfortunately, once a donation is made there will be no refunds available! However, if your perk is somehow unavailable, you will retain donation credit which you can use to redeem other perks with!

What are the payment methods available?
As of now, only PayPal!

What happens to my perks if I am banned?
Technically nothing happens to the perks; if you are temporarily banned, they will still be available to you once your ban expires. However, if you are permanently banned, your perks will stay on your account and they would then essentially be lost. That said, please do familiarise yourself with our Server Rules so to avoid any of this happening!

Can I transfer my perks to another MC account?
We will deal with this on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us on our Discord Server if you wish to do so :)
